Bad breath isn’t always due to bad oral hygiene. It can also occur due to a chemical process called Ketosis. When the body doesn’t have anywhere near enough glucose for energy, your body will then burn fat instead.

If you are diabetic then this could indicate that your body doesn’t have enough insulin. If you want to avoid this then try and eat bigger portions.

This is very confusing to say the least because you would have thought that it would be the opposite. When you have a full bladder, this is your body’s way of telling you that you need to go.
This also tells you that your urine is too concentrated. If this happens all the time then your bladder can become irritated and you may need to go way more often than you’d like.
It’s little things like this that can have a huge impact on your life. If you drink too much alcohol then this can also have an impact and if you believe that this is the case then you should certainly look into a diet for healthy liver function.
Warning Signs: Thinning Hair
Iron produces red blood cells. This helps you to store and even carry oxygen in the blood. If you know that you are low in iron then you may find that your hair starts to thin.
You may also feel very lethargic as well even though you know that deep down you should be awake. If you want to boost your iron intake then you can do this with ease by eating way more green vegetables.
