Drink Water All Day
Normally, you might just have a glass of water before you head out for your workout and then drink again once you have finished.
However, now that it is so hot outside, you need to make sure that you are drinking all day, and not just right before you start exercising.
When it is hot, your body will need a lot more fluids than usual, and with summer workouts that fluid requirement will increase once more.
Change Your Exercise
Do you normally go jogging or enjoy riding your bicycle? These are both quite high-endurance sports, and will put a lot of stress on your body.
