My hair is naturally on the dry side, fine and coloured. So I am always looking for the perfect moisturising solution. When my hair stylist at Kinky Curly Straight asked me if I’d like to trial a new ‘treatment’ I immediately said “yes”.

A long time skeptic of new fangled products that claim to moisturise and enliven hair follicles, I trialed the new EVOX Hair Rejuvenation Therapy with caution. Former hairdresser and owner of AquaBaci and EVY Professional, Tracey Bazzano Lauretta, has brought to Australia this very new offering that claims to change the molecular structure of the hair… I think that’s right…

Evox Hair Rejuvenation Therapy

You’ll hear my thoughts on the Evox Hair Rejuvenation Therapy on the interview. Introduced to Australia by hairdresser and former salon owner, Tracey Bazzano Lauretta from Aqua Baci and EVY Professional, the intriguing ritual is theatrical… but does it work?

The ‘ritual’ of the Evox hair rejuvenation therapy is quite intriguing because it involves cryogenically frozen serum, which sits in a sealed chamber on the hair dressing bench. Once frozen, it’s then heated with a hairdryer and mixed with a precise amount of room temperature warm water. It’s all quite fascinating to watch.

The mixture is then carefully painted onto hair strands with a brush. Once full applied, hair is wrapped in cling wrap and heated for about 20 minutes. It’s certainly non-invasive… except if you are the hair shaft. And that’s the point of this molecular marvel.

So have a listen to what I experienced and consider if the Evox hair rejuvenation therapy is for you.
