Alyse Santry knows that no colours are off-limits when it comes to hair. With artistic intentions and a colour wheel, Senior Stylist and Colour Expert Alyse, shares top colour trends for the new season. Be very surprised!

It’s the season for butter blonde, hidden rainbow, balayage, foilayage, rose gold, colour strobing, mermaid, fashion shades, colour melting, and so much more. Whatever your skin tone, natural hair colour, and lifestyle there’s a magnificent shade, or shades, to suit you. Just trust in your hair stylist and have some fun.

Some shades won’t last too long if you just want to experiment without committing, and others need more upkeep. In this podcast, Alyse Santry guides you through the colourful minefield of options. If you have a more conservative job then the hidden rainbows may be for you – only show them when you’re not at work. Perfect.

Alyse also recommends some products to take care of your new do – the Kerastase Chroma Captive range or  Revlon Nutri-Clour Creme. Both ranges available at Kinky Curly Straight or on-line. Listen now to expert advice from Alyse Santry. And the best part, it’s FREE 🙂

Amazing Colour Combinations You Won’t Believe

Alyse Santry Takes Inspiration… then personalizes it

Inspired by hairdressing superstars such as Guy Tang, Alyse says clients often look to celebrities to mimic. People such as Kelly Osbourne and Kylie Jenner keep trends moving. However, the explosion of mermaid hair, unicorn hair, hidden rainbow, and now metallics, shows so signs of slowing down.

In the podcast, Alyse talks about having to strip colour out to put in some of these very popular fashion shades. She says protein must then be put back into the hair. She has advice on products, including the Kerastase Chroma-Colour range, and also for leave-in protection, such as Kerastase sun and colour protection range.
